Brown’s Home Services is built on decades of skill, hard work, and a commitment to doing right by homeowners. Harold began his career in northwest Ohio, learning time-tested building techniques and eventually running his own home repair business. He later became a union carpenter and project superintendent, managing multimillion-dollar treatment facility projects across the country—a role that strengthened his reputation for precision, safety, and reliable results.

In 2008, Harold and Sari moved their family to Cookeville and continued building their careers in construction and project leadership. By 2019, they felt called to make a change—one that allowed them to be home more, work together, and serve their community directly. Combining their strengths in construction, customer service, and project coordination, they launched Brown’s Home Services. What began with word-of-mouth referrals quickly grew into a trusted, fully licensed contracting business offering interior and exterior remodels, additions, decks, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
